We stand behind all of the products we carry at Trinity. Unfortunately, some products end up faulty, and we want to make sure you are refunded. If the product is broken, not working, leaking, empty, or has visible mold, you must email photo/video of the issue AND picture of the product label.

Once we’ve received your return email we can then issue you a refund in the form of a credit for the dollar amount of the faulty product.
